Depression Study – A study of the effectiveness of a form of hypnotherapy for depression in the University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta, Canada revealed results which may be of interest for anyone suffering with depression.
The study was undertaken by Alladin A and Alibhai A. and used hypnosis, hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
